AI Enablement
The 90/10 AI Accelerator
A 3-session training program to maximize the impact of AI for your organization
AI alone is not the answer. AI paired with your team's judgment is. Your organization already has AI. What's missing is the judgment to know where it should lead, and where your people need to stay in command and own the process.
Free, 30 minutes — no pressure, no pitch.
“You can now be consistently mediocre at extraordinary speed. Or you can amplify everything that is distinctly, recognizably yours.”
— Brian Hanley, Founder, The Alignment Company
Lake Harriet was the internet. AI is Lake Superior.

The 90/10 Framework: AI Generates. You Govern.
AI handles 90% of the work — the drafting, the synthesis, the structure. The final 10% — the judgment, the standards, the meaning — has to come from you. Mastery isn't about doing less. It's about knowing exactly where your expertise has to show up.
“[AI is] a tool to think with, not a tool to think for you. It can provide the 90% — the draft — but the human must provide the 10% of the meaning.”
— Ethan Mollick, Wharton Professor
What I see in most organizations
The Train Has Left the Station
The question isn't whether your team is using AI. It's whether they're using it to your standards, or someone else's defaults.
Racing to the Middle
Generic AI reflects the average of the entire internet. Your work shouldn't. I help you build the habits that keep it distinctly, recognizably yours.
The program
Leading AI Intentionally
For leaders / executives
Governance, organizational design, and the four building blocks every leadership team needs before AI scales inside their organization. Leave with the bones of an AI standard, not just a slide deck.
Beyond the Bot
For skeptics and power users alike
Clear the fog. See how your team's shared standard applies to their own daily work. Leave with a personal AI stack built around it.
The Skillset Lab
For practitioners, in-person
Hands on keyboards. Context-priming, fact-checking, synthesis at scale. Leave with a prompting strategy for building whatever your work needs next.
How the Program Actually Works
Governance First
I start with your leadership team, not your whole staff. I walk leaders through the AI landscape — what these tools actually do, how they work, and where they genuinely support your goals. This isn't about bolting AI onto what you already do because everyone else is; it's a deliberate look at AI as a tool, not an obligation. From there, I help you build a real governance framework — a clear mandate for how your organization uses AI, written as permission, not restriction: it says what your team can do, not a list of what they can't.
Practitioner Training, Built on Your Governance
Once leadership has a mandate, I bring it to the whole organization — every team, not just the technical ones. This session is instructional and example-driven, built around the tools your people already have access to, not abstract theory. I cover specific techniques for specific work: how to prompt well, how to fact-check AI output before it goes out the door, and how to recognize when a tool is simply the wrong fit for the job. And because it's built on your governance work from Step 1, everything I teach reinforces your leadership's actual direction — not generic advice that might quietly contradict it.
Hands-On, Building Together
The last session moves from instruction to practice. We bring real examples from your own work into the room and build them together, live — not hypothetical case studies. This is where people stop watching and start doing: prompting, refining, and troubleshooting in real time, with me right there to correct course before a bad habit sets in. It's the difference between understanding a skill and actually owning it.
Most AI training treats every session the same, no matter what leadership actually wants. This program is built the opposite way — governance leads, and everything after it reinforces that same standard, session after session.
And if your leadership team isn't ready to formalize a policy on the first pass? That's fine — the program moves forward either way. Even without a finished policy document, your leadership team walks away with a shared understanding of AI that most of your competitors simply don't have.

What makes this different
I teach judgment, not just tools.
There's no shortage of courses on AI. There's a shortage of programs that help your people understand where they're essential, and build the habits to do it consistently.
I keep your people at the center.
AI without human judgment is just a faster path to the middle. I make sure the people powering the work don't get left behind as the tools change around them.
I've run actual organizations.
I know what good output looks like because I've been accountable for it. That's not something most AI trainers can say.
“It was genuinely one of the more useful conversations on the AI topic I've had in a while. The 90/10 framing has stuck with me.”
— Nick Serati, Co-Founder, Thrifty Traveler
The instructor
I developed the 90/10 AI Accelerator and deliver every session myself. After thirty years in technology and operations, I know what quality work looks like because I've been accountable for it at every level. I built this program to help your team get that same standard out of AI.
— Brian Hanley, Founder, The Alignment Company
The AI Conversation Everyone Is Having Won't Help Your Business
The judgment and care sitting inside your team today is the difference between saying your company uses AI and harnessing the power of AI to expand your business. Let's book it, and I'll help you figure out where you actually are.
